Setting the ring tone and ringer volume You can choose one of the four different ring tones and set the ringer volume. To set the ring tone and volume: 1. Make sure that the ringer is turned ON. 2. Press the Set Options key. 3. Press the down arrow three times or press [3] to go directly to the item. 4. Press [3] and follow the instructions on the display. When picking the ring tone, press the volume bar to adjust the volume. 5. Press [Save] to end when you are satisfied with the ring tone and ringer volume.

Setting the Ring Volume
You can adjust the ring volume when your fax machine is idle. You can select a ring volume level or press until the ring is off.
Press to adjust the volume level. With each key press, the fax machine rings so you can hear the current setting and the LCD shows the setting you are choosing. Each key press changes the volume to the next setting. The new setting will remain until you change it again.

Settings
In this menu, you can adjust various phone
settings. To reset some menu settings to their
default values, select Restore factory set.
Tone settings
Select Menu > Settings > Tone settings and from the available
options:
Ringing tone-To set the tone for incoming calls
Ringing volume-To set the volume level for the ringing and
message alert tones. If you set Ringing volume to be level 2 or
above, your phone rings with the ringing volume ascending
from level 1 to the level you have set when there is an
incoming call.
Vibrating alert-To set the phone to vibrate when you receive a
call or a text message
Message alert tone-To set the tone to sound when you receive
a text message
Warning tones-To set the phone to sound tones, for example,
when the battery is running out of power

Check to have activated the general profile not the vibrate or silent one.

Dear Sir . Currently your mobile ringing tone is set at low ringing volume level.Thats why you are facing this problem.To increase your ring tone sound follow these step : Select Menu > Settings > Tone settings and from the available options: Select Ringing volume . Set Ringing volume to level 2 or above, your phone rings with the volume ascending from level 1 to the level for incoming calls. I hope this will works for you. Regards. Rizwan.

first of all u can increase volume during call by pressing right button (middle one). but i think ur phone is set to max and u dont hear much - in this case probably some "metal dust" sticks on your speakers membrane - open case clean speaker gently or replace with new one...

Setting Ring Volume...

Press to adjust the volume level. Each press of the key will sound the ringer so you will know the volume of the ringer you are selecting. When done, simply stop pushing the buttons and it will be set until you choose to adjust it again.

Do you have your ringtone set to ascending? If so that is the reason.

show/hide menu icons
Show or hide menu feature icons in the home screen:
menu > Settings > Personalize > Home Screen > Home Keys > Icons > Show or Hide.
change menu icons & home keys
Change menu feature icons, soft key labels, and smart key function in the home screen:
Menu > Settings > Personalize > Home Screen > Home Keys.

external display
Set external display orientation:
Menu > Settings > Initial Setup > External Display > Left Orientation or Right Orientation.
language Set menu language:
Menu > Settings > Initial Setup > Language scroll Set the highlight bar to stop or wrap around in menu lists:
Menu > Settings > Initial Setup > Scroll.
ringer IDs Activate ringer IDs assigned to phonebook entries and categories:
Menu > Settings > Ring Styles > style Detail > Ringer IDs
ring volume a > Settings > Ring Styles > style Detail > Ring Volume.
keypad volume
Menu > Settings > Ring Styles > style Detail > Key Volume.
