These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Viewing it in "Mosaic" or "Magazine" will make surf easy.

Your TV is in DEMO-STORE MODE.
Go to menu, find Plug & Play option, start it, and when asked, select Home Mode, than Enter and than just Exit.

power pack capacitors have failed they will need to be replaced with new ones and that should repair the tv, soldering skill is required to do this or replacement of the entire power pack.

If you dont have the led light on when plugged go ahead and replaced the powerboard, but if your led light is on when plugged then you will need to replace the mainboard.

The issue here is the power supply, Now what may have caused this issue is unknown I am not there to look at it.

Check the power supply board for overheated, bulging components, esp. the can capacitors. Replace with similar or higher rating caps you can order on the net. Hope this helps you.
