Your phone is probably not compatible with the car kit... try updating the phone firmware or check with the car kit support...

When i pair my nokia e5 to my parrot ck3100 it will not stay connected it keeps disconnecting then connecting again

You will probably need the latest Parrot software for this phone to work properly. The Parrot web site lists it as fully compatable.

I cannot get the galaxy ace to automaticaly connect to my car hands frre kit ( Parrot )

ejiehi.jpg
The parrot car kit varies, there are about 10 different types of the parrot car kit and the connections varies slightly. Just follow these steps to connect ur galaxy phone to the car kit.

For this model of the parrot car kit, after the installation on your car, ensure the car is on

Parrot CK3000:

1. Start the car and ensure the car kit is on.
2. Activate Bluetooth on your phone, and search for Bluetooth devices.
3. Select "Parrot CK" from the list.
4. Enter 1234 on your phone when prompted for a password or code.
5. The Parrot CK3000 will sound a beep when connected to your phone.

Your phone has now been paired with the Car Kit and is ready for use.

For other models of the parrot car kit, repeat step 1 & 2 above and for step 3, u select the model name like "parrot EVOL" for the CK3000 Evolution model.

You can purchase a special adaptor lead to allow the parrot to just plug in to the back of the radio, this is called a SOT lead, do a web search and you will find the right one. Try autoleads or kram are good manufacurers.

New mobile pone that won't pair with Parrot CK31OO. Tried 1234 which is default but keeps getting rejected. Any clues plse? Thanks

Just make a look to the kit to ensure that there is not already five phone s paired to the kit.

You can try also to reboote the phone, retreiving the battery of the phone during a minute and put it on again. Make the research and then try once again.

You may have a specific info passing through the kit during the pairing, then precise to ensure the diagnose.

You can also using the menu of the kit, settings -> advanced settings-> pair with phone and then activate one of the menu to help both products to recognize better each other.

Parrot Glicches

sometime, it my be in relation with the install.
Just a simple question, did you install it by yourself? if yes, did you connect the mute cable of the kit? cause if you disconnect it and try to make working the kit and see if the mute is working may be the explanation. signal treatment.

(except trouble of the kit), after a while plugging on a 12v dc only can be the explanation. Do you have the message "good bye" on the display when you switch off the ignition key? If not, that could also be due to the fuses inverted to the vehicle between the 12 dc and the 12 ignition. Then you just have to inverse fuses.

LG KP500 cookie

Had the same problem..If you copy the contact list (Which the parrot sees empty) to the phone memory as well as the sim card then set the phone to read only internal contacts it will upload the list for you and not double up the contacts.
Only trouble is the Cookie does have a habit of shutting down and restarting every time it hooks up to the parrot or when you end a call. The problem can be helped by uploading the latest parrot software but its not a 100% cure..

Parrot Car Kit "no signal" detected problem

I have had the same problem and the only solution I have found thus far is removing the fuse supplying power to the radio(assuming this is where the parrot is getting power from) for some time.
