SOURCE: site fault

If UPS is displaying "Site Fault", it is doing its job correctly. Yoiu need to check the wall receptacle. Probably hot and neutral reversed by whom ever installed the wall receptacle.

SOURCE: hi we have problem with 6kva 9120 eaton ups,

The Poweware UPS is a true on-line UPS System, so it will handle sustained over and under voltages to +20% and -15%. If you are getting input spikes, the UPS has MOV's which will handle input spikes, and if too great a spike, the MOV will die attempting to save the UPS output load. If you are having further UPS input problems you need to put a good quality surge arrestor at the panel feeding the UPS on BOTH circuit legs feeding the UPS.

Hello, we have a Powerware 9120 and our question is: If you set the BYPASS option, can the batteries load?? Thank you

Not sure what you mean by load the batteries. Replace them? Yes. Bypass mode is typically used when servicing the unit. You can email Eaton if you like: [email protected]
Here is the legacy documentation page for the 9120 UPS:

Hi, here is the documentation page for the 9120 where you can find the manual: http://powerquality.eaton.com/Products-services/legacy/9120-info.asp You can also contact customer support 800 356 5737 or [email protected]. You may recognize the product as the Powerware 9120 but Powerware was bought by Eaton a few years ago. The customer support team is most ex Powerware and are familiar with the 9120.

The Powerware 9120 UPS has been replaced by the Eaton 9130 (www.eaton.com/powerquality). You may be able to get some 9120 models from www.powersupersite.com. Just do a search for 9120.
