there is a 100uf/63v capacitor near the IRF630 fet. You need to replace this in order to fix this error. Along there is also a 2200uf/16v capacitor. It is a good idea to change the both at the same time.

Honestly, the cost of repair might exceed the cost of a new unit. We can likely get any parts needed to repair the unit, but might not be the most cost effective solution. Might want to price around for a replacement unit. If you need additional assitance, please contact us.

9120 fans are rare and uncommon, for alternate solution just replaced the bearing of the fan.
If UPS is displaying "Site Fault", it is doing its job correctly. You need to check the wall receptacle. Probably hot and neutral reversed, or the neutral and ground are reversed, by whom ever installed the wall receptacle. You need to have the plug-in for the UPS intact, i.e. the ground pin must not have been cut off. If an extension cord connects the UPS to the wall, thge cord must be working correctly.
