Good Afternoon Friend, this is Z!
I understand you are having trouble with your bake and broil cycles not working on you Frigidaire range, FEF352AWD. You can check and see if resetting the power to your range by either unplugging it or flipping off the breaker for about ten minutes will correct the issue. Should this prove to be ineffective, then the issue may possibly be faulty elements, a communication error with the EOC (Electronic Oven Control) or a wiring issue. I would highly recommend reaching out to an expert technician to ensure the appropriate replacement part is ordered and is installed correctly to prevent future issues. I hope this information helps to some degree - thanks for your question, and please do not hesitate to reconnect.

CHECK FOR 240VOLTS AT THE TERMINALS OF THE BAKE ELEMENT. GAIN ACCESS BY REMOVING THE BACK PANEL OF THE RANGE. SOMETIMES THE TERMINAL WILL BURN OFF OF THE WIRE GOING TO THE ELEMENT. THE WIRE WILL JUST BE HANGING THERE. BE SURE TO UNPLUG THE OVEN BEFORE REMOVING BACK PANEL. IF THE WIRE IS BURNT, REPLACE THE TERMINAL AND REATTACH TO THE ELEMENTS TERMINAL. IF THE TERMINAL IS DAMAGED, REPLACE BAKE ELEMENT.
IF THERE IS NO VOLTAGE TO THE ELEMENT, REPLACE CONTROL.

Your oven ignitor has gone out. This is located under the pan in the bottom of the oven. This is held in with 2 screws in the back portion of the pan. This will expose the ignitor and then 2 screws take it out. Replace this and this will fix it. very common problem

Unplug the oven.
Wait 30 seconds and plug it back in.
If the code reappears you must replace the EOC.9electronic clock).

With the oven OFF, check the resistance of the bake element with a ohmmeter on the lowest scale. Rx1. If your reading is infinate, replace the element as most elements will open circuit when they burn out. They don't short out.

Hello kimberlymaso - If you are referring to the bake element, but the broil element works then you would need to just replace the bake element. If both your bake and broil element does not work, then there might be a problem with the wiring communication. However, if the oven does not bake and/or broil but the cook top works; contact a professional to diagnose the EOC (electronic oven control).
