Auto adjusting Please... I need help! My monitor keeps popping auto adjust preceeding... over and over!! What I need to do?

Most monitors give you the option to turn off auto adjustment - just go to the main when that pops up and select manual and you shouldn't get that pop up again.

As you have already used a cleaner spray, this is a sign that the monitor is on its' way out. I had one that went the same way.

Try turning down the brightness on the monitor, sometimes this will fix the issue, if not the problem is in the inverter board and needs a professional to assess it further.

Is this a computer moniter or a tuner/tv

Use best quality data cable directly from VGA card to LCD input and your problem will be fixed.
Usually that problem oocured when we use external tv device with CPU and monitor so signals gets weak and auto adjustment popups.

I have a Benq that was continually auto adjusting, I used electronic cleaner spray on all the controls (a good spray) and now there is no problem, suspect the controls were sticking, especially the on/off and the auto adjust button

You should have a p0rogram installed that can do it. It might be listed under samsung in your programs. If not there, look in your video settings.

Hi, it might be that a sensor in the monitor is sensing change in ambient light and therefore reacts by auto adjusting the contrast. when you push auto, it will do just that and auto react. Why not try manual and set it to your desired setting and let it run that way. But then again, of course it is possible that something is really wrong with the monitor and you would need a qualified service personnel to diagnose/repair it.
