SOURCE: JBL Creature -- speakers only work when directly connected

Check that you are fitting the connectors into the subwoofer correctly.
Each plug is keyed (the plug is shaped so that it will only fit into the correct socket).
It is very easy to think you have plugged them in when in reality they are just 'located' in the holes.

SOURCE: this thing isn't build with jbl speakers!

JBL is obviously just putting their name on your product. Just the way it is. They put their name on it, but use inferior parts. It is cheaper for JBL to have other folks make the stuff.

How many input voltage do i need for my jbl creature ii.is it ac or dc?

JBL Creature needs a 18V, 3.5 Amp, AC power supply. JBL original power supply model is TA66180350-B2 made in China. In put power is 220-240V, 50 Hz-0.5 Amps. The AC supply is made to a dual rail supply inside the creature using a diode bridge.

Its not a problem, but all you need to do is push the pins at the back a little more...I know it feels like pins are all the way in, but they really aren't.

JBL Creature 2 Blowing Fuse

There will be a short somewhere in the power supply. If you replace the fuse it will blow again. You COULD try a larger ampage fuse, but any electrician would not recommend this!
