Where is paper jamming, bypass tray, 1 or 2 draw, exit, finisher? Inside the machine? When you print or when you copy or both?

Please check the sensors and actuators ,open & close front door to reset nisfeed.Clarification Top feed = Automatic Document Feeder?If YES,please verify misfeed paper beetween coverplaten and feedbelt(Yellow).Is necessary disassembly the ADF.Good luck.You will find a little paper.
Once in service mode do a STOP, 0, C
You should then have an option to reset admin password
