use a cordless drill and an appropriate sized bit and after removing the cap drill out the stem and there you have it just make sure to keep the cap so that it doesn"t all evaporate

Make sure your that part of your atomizer that is inside the bottle is not broken. You can open the bottle and try it with water if it works. Other problem could be the nozzle. If it's not working you have to go to the store where they sell this fragrance and ask for a new atomizer( no charge) or exchange if your bottle is still full.
