No one of us, answering your doubt and problems through Fixya, have any relationship with Netbank so no way to help yo to lok in there. You should look in Netbank website for "Contact" an try to contact them.
If www.netbank is not working then goto commonwealth mainpage and follow links to netbank also on main page check maintenance schedule, may not be just you.
It is crash message that appears in Google Chrome. It is more similar to End now or Cancel message that appears in Windows XP when you try to close a not responding process. You can kill pages which will close the chrome. Or you can wait for the browser to regain its old pages and start working normally. Generally,i choose Kill Pages and restart the browser. Though there are chances you might lose old webpages you had kept opened.
open internet explorer click on tools then goto internet options
then click the advanced tab go down to the reset button and reset internet explorer to the defaults.
then after that is completed close internet explorer and reopen internet explorer and see if the web page comes up.
