I already hooked up with google but I still can't get friends or credited on my games.why?i want Facebook.

google play credits are not compatible with facebook games.

Logged on to your facebook account and go to your profile. By removing the credit card information from the facebook profile, you already removed credit card from your computer.

Recently google disable this feature for face book,so now go to OTHER TOOLS at face book,you will find a link to upload your csv file directly and you can check who is on face book,add them to your friends,DONE.
