you can goto the nearest nokia care centre, they can clear your doubt.if there is software problem they will re-install it for you.this kind of problem usually go away by re-installing the software.
i think that there is a problem with your phones's firmware!! it hangs repeatedly !!!you must upgrade it!! go to nokia care and they will do it for you for rs 200!!!
