RedHat 4 is obsolete , it will not work on a SATA device like yours without serious fiddling.
Get http://pclinuxos.com/ instead , it's an up to date RedHat offshoot.

you can download the driver for your vga for RHL 5 on the net.

Get the drivers for your WiFi card for the correct edition of your RedHat. Wireless card may be incompatable with red hat.
