here you go - http://uk.computers.toshiba-europe.com/cgi-bin/ToshibaCSG/download_drivers_bios.jsp?service=UK - in the first pull down box that says product type choose archived files and also be sure to choose your correct operating system - hope this solves your problem.

SOURCE: my touchpad it keeps scrolling, can I turn this off?

I had a similar problem with my Compaq EVO N610C Touchpad.

The latest driver form HP did not solve the problem.

I went to Synaptic's website and downloaed and installed their latest generic driver, no more problems!

Visit here: http://www.synaptics.com/support/drivers

Note, this may or may not work for you. Best to set a System Restore point before installing in case it does not work for you, worth a try.

Best of luck!

hello friend,
I THINK THE PROBLEM IS FROM THE MOUSE PAD, I THINK IS EITHER YOUR HAND IS WET OR SOME LITTLE WATER POURED ON IT, IF NOT, THEN IT IS DEVELOPING SOME FAULTS THAT I THINK MAY TAKE SOME TIME. PLEASE IF YOU CAN LOOK FOR AN EXTERNAL MOUSE TO USE FOR THE MINE TIME NOW AND AVOID TOUCHING THE MOUSE PAD FOR SOME TIME THEN I THINK IT WILL COME BACK TO NORMAL LATTER.

Try moving the arc mouse USB dongle to another USB port on your Toshiba Satellite L650. If the mouse works on the other port, then the first port is the problem. Use Control Panel's Device Manager to further diagnose the port problem.

The "Touchpad is very sensitive; if you look while scrolling, the "scroll-bar" will turn (Blue), click on the ("scroll-bar"), until it turn "Gray." Note: "You ca use the Pointer Device / Touchpad without using the Scroll-bar, basically anywhere on the screen; ("bottom scroll-pad" = left to right"), and ("right -side edge scroll-pad = up & down").
