Hello jrhauber,

The '93 and '95 Camry have identical color codes. Likewise, the vehicle harness connectors are the same.

Car Radio Constant 12V+ Wire: Blue/Yellow
Car Radio Ignition Switched 12V+ Wire: Gray
Car Radio Ground Wire: Brown
Car Stereo Illumination Wire: Green
Car Stereo Dimmer Wire: N/A
Car Stereo Antenna Trigger Wire: Black/Red
Car Stereo Amplifier Trigger Wire: N/A
Left Front Speaker Wire (+): Pink
Left Front Speaker Wire (-): Purple
Right Front Speaker Wire (+): Light Green
Right Front Speaker Wire (-): Blue
Left Rear Speaker Wire (+): Black
Left Rear Speaker Wire (-): Yellow
Right Rear Speaker Wire (+): Red
Right Rear Speaker Wire (-): White

You can purchase an aftermarket wiring harness that plugs into the OEM radio. The part number you need for a 1995 Camry is Metra 71-1761 available here for $9.99.

Hope this helps.

NEED WIRING DIAGRAM

If you are referring to installation and have the aftermarket wiring harness, The wires should be color coded. RED, YELLOW, & BLACK are power, ignition and ground. These should correspond to matching wires on the back of the head unit (CD player). Match the colored wires from the back of the unit to the same colored wires on the aftermarket harness and then connect them using wire connectors/wire nuts. Once you have them into the correct order the aftermarket harness should connect into the harness in your vehicle. I hope this answers your question =)

My 2003 Toyota Camry has an AM/FM radio with a tape player and a CD player. The radio and tape player work fine, but when I insert a CD in the player, it will not play 99% of the time. The CD activates...

Usually it is the drive unit for the CD. The linear tracking device that drives and guides the CD read laser is not tracking. Usually when this happens there is NO fixing it. You might just have to bite the bullet and get a new head unit.

How do I wire my tape and cd player to same speakers?

There are really only 2 options.

#1 Buy a fm modulated CD changer. This will allow you to play CD's over a FM frequency, and will use your factory radio as the output.

#2 Again you can buy a stand alone FM modulator with RCA inputs, and use an aftermarket CD/DVD player as a source.

I need to install it to my camry 93

Hello capello,

Here's a link to the Camry color codes:

http://www.modifiedlife.com/1993-toyota-camry-car-radio-stereo-wiring-diagram/

If you do not want to cut or tap into the vehicle wiring, you should buy an aftermarket adapter harness and splice the wires from it and from your Panasonic CQ-C1100U together.

The Scosche part number for your Camry is TA02RB. Wiring harnesses are also made by Metra and others. Here's a link to the Scosche part:

Hope this helps.

WIRING CHANGE FOR 2002 DODGE CARAVAN

Your best bet on that one is to go to a place that sells car audio systems or even some autoparts retailers have them, and get the proper adapter harness already made up. A few more dollars but, a whole lot less headaches.

Cd player install in my truck

there are install kits that you can get that have a factory plug on the end that plug directly into your truck and the wires at the other end are color coded the same as the radio so then its a matter of matching colors and taping the wires together
