On the Profiles select the profile from the list for example General and select Options > Personalise> Ringing volume > set the volume level of the Ringing tone.

You need to modify the sound settings, select Options > Customize. One of the functions available is :
Volume: Press the Left or Right Navigation key to adjust the volume using the Up or Down Navigation key or volume key on the left side of your phone.

try it as follow:
1. connect your E100 with another PC,
2. change another USB cable
3. turn off the power of phone and connect again.
