SOURCE: multi-CD changer will only accept

Hi,First of all ,congratulation ,you have a very nice system..but like all sophisticated electronic equipment yours may fail too..sorry about it.. .I assume that it is not under warranty ,is it ?
this problem happens due to a stuck CD in one of the slot ..I will propose a simple solution first and if it does not work I will propose something else later but it will void the warranty if there is......

Unplug it from main power and wait 5 minutes
While holding your finger on EJECT key ,PLUG it again TURN it ON..your finder still on EJECT ..
BOSE suppose to reset itself and CD drawer should come out..if no response press EJECT key several times..
If it does not pls let me know..
Regards

Disc is dirty or the pickup lens has dirt on it. Needs to be seen by a Technician to resolve.

The turntable is jammed does not rotate we have all the cd's out of it and an error code of UI comes up? any ideas how to get it to work?

1. Remove the cover (2 screws on each side & 3 in the back).

2. Find a small white arm (more or less cylindrical, about 1" diameter, & about 3/4" long) and a longer (4-5"?) thin black arm in the center of the unit. These parts load/unload CDs to/from the playing area. You should see that a little knob on the white piece has jumped out of its track in the black piece.

3. Carefully put the knob on the white piece back in its track in the black piece. That should do it.

The tray will not open. I loaded the cd's into the changer, closed the tray and it sounded like one of the cd's may have slipped. It does not change or play.

my friend u r going 2 have 2 take it apart. you will have 2 unscrew 4 or 6 screws from the side or bottem 2 take off the top a take out the cds yourself. its not hard 2 do.just remember tht a disk changer can b off track. its possible 2 pull it open but dnt do it if u will break the door track

10 disk player inconsitently plays or reports "err" for each disk position. How to fix?

Please remove the cartridge and check all the discs on it ., It is possible that over a period of time the disc could have warped. The disc while loading could be going into the wrong track and hence the mechanism needs a check on the path . Alignment of the loading tracks must be checked or corrected.

A homemade CD got caught in the turntable and now the turntable is stuck even after removing the CD.

Try this:1. Remove the cover (2 screws on each side & 3 in the back).

2. Find a small white arm (more or less cylindrical, about 1" diameter, & about 3/4" long) and a longer (4-5"?) thin black arm in the center of the unit. My Honda accord Sedan car CD Player cannot eject CD .

Before connecting any cables you must set the dip switch box to the position listed for your vehicle. If you set the dip-switches after you have connected cables to the box, you must disconnect and reconnect them for the changer to operate. All 1992-2004 Honda's are compatible with the Neo Changer except the 2003 and 2004 Honda Accord and all Honda Element vehicles. Some radio models require pressing "Seek >" once to start playing after changing CD or after startup. The radios display will not show the proper disc number after disc six. You can use all 10 discs in the magazine, but the readout will be wrong. This is not a technical problem; the car stereo was designed for no more than six discs. *Due to the direct access disc system, you will not be able to directly access discs 7-10. To access these discs you will have to go to the last track on disc 6 and let it play until it loads disc #7. ( you can fast forward the track, but you must let it play the last 5 seconds of the track, for it to change to disc # 7 Switch to the Neo Changer by pressing the "CD" button. To change discs press "Disc -" and "Disc +" To change tracks simply press "Seek <" or "Seek >" S E T T I N G S F O R H O N D A 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 ON OFF OFF ON OFF OFF ON OFF

Cd will not play and keeps ejecting

source http://www.kenwood.nl/support/veelgestelde_vragen/ Changer Error Codes ? E-00: Poor Cable connection. ? E-01: Magazine not properly set in changer. ? E-02: No Disc in magazine. ? E-03: CD does not have selected track number. ? E-04: Disc is dirty, upside down or unreadable. ? E-10: No data is recorded on the MD. The player plays the next disc automatically. ? E-99: Changer malfunction, disc may be caught in machine or changer requires service. Sounds like the mech is gummed up, jammed, or a cd is stuck inside. Get a nerd to open it up and check it over.
