Hi, the following alternative may solve your problem:
Check to make sure the volume on the audio source is set to a normal volume. If the volume is too low, the transmitter will not turn on.

If it does not solve it, your system has a power problem in the power supply. Make checks on the regulator, it might have a open, if you are not a tech, let a tech take a look on your set to verify the damage component.

check how good your earth connection is, you may need to scrape of some paint beneath it to get a good connection, kicker amps draw a lot of power so good cable connections are a must. If the earth connection is clean, maybe try thicker cable to allow higher current.

Why is my transmitter flashing white to blue

  • Check that the transmitter AC power adapter is fully inserted into the wall outlet and the power cord from the AC adapter is firmly connected to the transmitter power input jack.
  • If you're using the speaker power adapter, confirm that it's fully inserted into a wall outlet and the adapter power cord is firmly connected to the power input jack on the speaker.
  • If you're using batteries for the speaker, check that they are fresh and inserted with correct polarity (+, -).
  • confirm that the speaker is in 900MHz wireless mode-the indicator light on the front of the speaker should be either fl ashing or solid green. If the indicator light is blue, press the ON-OFF / RF-BT button on the back of the speaker to switch to 900MHz mode.
  • confirm that the speaker is turned on and tuned to the transmitter-the indicator light on the front of the speaker should be solid green (not blinking).
  • Check that the audio source component (stereo, MP3 player, etc.) is turned on and transmitting sound as it normally should.
  • Make sure the volume on your audio source is turned up.
  • Check that the speaker volume is turned up.
  • Make sure you have disconnected the 3.5 mm audio in cable from the AUDIO IN jack.

I have the speakers and power adapter but i can not find the transmitter....can i purchase the transmitter only..??

any transmitter will work by RCA..... The one for the WHP141 works just fine and that headphone set w/transmiter is about 19$ on Ebay as well as other places, be aware that the transmitter will not transmit UNTIL the sound source is hooked up and the sound is high enough to trigger the transmitter into working..... do not expect the green light to come on simply because it is plugged in, because it wont.....also if the sound is not high enough from the source the sound will cut in and out......notice also that the transmitter power supply is the 19 Volt one, and the tip is - and the out side ring is the + reversed of what many after market power supplys are.........the cool thing is the gain of a set of decent head phones as well as being able to use the speakers.....so many people fail to even READ the instructions and think that the units are defective because the green light does not stay on when pluged in......pays to read.....

Reception problem

Hello, Suse! One of my closest friends had the IDENTICAL system, and had to replace TWO transmitters before getting one that finally worked long-term. (A total of three - the original, plus the two replacements.) Before making the same assumption, however, there are two simple things to check: 1) Inspect the connection between your receiver and the WSP transmitter to make sure everything is secure. 2) IF you're using the speakers with batteries, try an AC adapter instead. Batteries - even brand new ones - aren't ideal for every application. There is NO QUESTION that the WSP system - at least, the one my friend uses - performs better when connected to AC power than it does when using batteries. Good luck!
