It depends on where the message is stored.

If it's on your answering machine, refer to the documentation provided with the machine.

If the message is on the phone system's server, contact the phone company.

Press the CLEAR button just above the 1 on the number pad.

You can change the channel used by the phone in the settings, but the better option is to make sure the charger base is nowhere near the microware.

Also, make sure that the microwave and the charger base are NOT plugged into the same outlet. I would even try a different outlet than you are using now as interference would definitely pass through the line.
