The LCD controller or T-con board does not control the back light. Some back light ballasts are incorporated into the power supply or the main board. Others are on their own board

Hi. I just bought a husban fpv x4 dxxxxe h502a. Even with 4 bars of battery the screen on the controller keeps just going black, even though the green led light stays on. Please can you help? Thanks.

Assuming you can still control the thing for flight I assume your complaint is just about the display on the controller for in flight video. This could be a problem localized to just the controller, my most likely bet. A bad display caused by a faulty backlight for the lcd, maybe a bad connection between the inverter for the CCFL backlight could be a likely culprit. Have you dropped the controller? Shine a flashlight onto the screen when you think you should be getting video, have the drone looking at something with high contrast like large black lettering on a white background, where the light shines on the display on the controller do you see the image? This would indicate a bad backlight. You could alway take the controller apart and look for a bad connection, specifically the flat ribbon cable that connects the LCD to the mainboard and the black/red wires between a inverter board to the CCFL backlight that is behind the LCD display.

Or if that sounds like a lot of work, try for a warranty return.

I have a korg pa50sd, but its lcd brightness is too high..how to control this? it is very difficult to read?

There is no adjustment to control the brightness in korg pa50/sd.
It is hardware problem.
-Is the white backlight that is too high?
or
-normal backlight, but words is too dim?

Both of that case, can be caused by damage / change of voltage control for lcd. Perhaps there are parts that are damaged or have changed in value. Typically capacitors etc.
If the backlight is too bright, then the damage is in backlight controller, may transistor or an inverter transformer.
Proceed with the repairs to the experts.

No picture w/ sounds and backlight on

The screen controller circuit board isn't working. The board you're looking for is the one that has the wide flat ribbon cable coming from the bottom of the screen

No picture but sound is still there the lcd screen is blank

The problem you have mentioned can be either caused by a backlight inverter malfunction or T-COn(LCD controller malfunction). Take a flashlight and focus it on the screen from a close distance. See if you notice a dull image. If you do then the backlight inverter is the source of the problem otherwise, its the LCD controller. Both of these boards are pretty easy to replace, if you have worked on electronics such as computers below, as it only involves unpluggin cables from the older boards, and plugging them into the replacements. If you wish to do it yourself let me know the make and model of the tv so that I can help you find the replacements and advice you on replacing them.

Sound but no picture on my goodmans 32inch lcd tv was working ok then screen turned off

The LCD backlight is faulty. it may be due to bad capacitors or a faulty inverter controller. Bad capacitors can be easily replaced. A faulty inverter controller is a bit more tricky but it can also be replaced.

No picture

The way to isolate the failure to the power supply would be to measure the voltages going to the backlight inverter board. If all the voltages are normal then is more likely a defective backlight inverter board or LCD controller board.
