How to replace HP G62-435DX Notebook PC internal battery?

If the Internal battery on a HP laptop has died then do contact HP support and check if the battery can be replaced in warranty or if you have to buy one.

Remove the main battery and run the ac adapter only, if everything works fine the battery will need to be replaced, if the computer continues to shutdown the problem is most likely a bad cooling fan or it needs to be taken apart and given a good cleaning.

that internal battery is the cmos battery, its the one that looks like the watch battery.

all computers have an internal battery that runs even when the computer is off. The battery in your computer might be worn out and needs to be replaced by an expert.

Try unplugging internal battery for a minute or two it worked for me.
