Hello John. When it comes to finding specific disassembly and reassembly instructions for a T50 PBM stapler, it can be challenging to find a comprehensive guide. However, there are a few resources you can explore to help with the process:
1. Manufacturer's Website: Check the manufacturer's website for the T50 PBM stapler. They might have instruction manuals, guides, or videos available for download or viewing. Look for a support section or a customer service contact to inquire about the availability of detailed disassembly and reassembly instructions.
2. Online User Forums and Communities: Look for online forums or communities where fellow stapler enthusiasts or DIY enthusiasts discuss stapler repairs and modifications. Websites like Reddit, DIY forums, or specialized stapler forums might have helpful threads or users willing to share their knowledge and experiences with disassembling and reassembling the T50 PBM stapler.
3. YouTube Tutorials: Search for video tutorials on YouTube that demonstrate the disassembly and reassembly of the T50 PBM stapler. Visual instructions can be particularly helpful in guiding you through the process. Although finding a specific tutorial for your exact stapler model may be challenging, general tutorials for T50 or similar stapler models may still provide some insights.
4. Contact the Manufacturer: If you're unable to find specific instructions or resources, consider reaching out to the manufacturer directly. Contact their customer service or support department and inquire about disassembly and reassembly instructions for the T50 PBM stapler. They may be able to provide guidance or direct you to appropriate resources.
Remember to exercise caution when disassembling and reassembling the stapler. Take pictures or make notes as you disassemble it to help with reassembly. Be mindful of small parts, springs, and their orientation. If you're uncertain about any step or encounter difficulties, it's best to seek professional assistance or consult a qualified repair technician to avoid any damage to the stapler.

Locate the screws that hold the 2 exterior shells together and reove all of them. the shells should part easily enough and it is matter of just matching the batery inside and then doing the physical swap. you may have tape and padding holding it in place in one shell, so you need to match it on reassembly. then reassembly is just the reverse procedure of the disassembly.
