Probably waited too long to replace it and the printer head dried up on the contacts. A little rubbing alcohol and q tip will probably get you up and running again.
This lock code is something you would have chosen, their is no default code and no way to recover it. This is by design for security reasons. You have 10 attempts in total to guess if you don't remember the password. After 5 attempts the letters you type will no longer be hidden behind "*". After 10 attempts the phone will be wiped clean. All of your data will be lost. Hopefully you have been connecting your phone to your pc and doing a regular backup. If you have synchronization activated with your email accounts (done during initial setup of gmail or exchange type email accounts) you won't loose your contacts. Anything else that is on the internal memory of the phone will be lost.
This product can be configured to use a metered or non-metered Toner / Print Cartridge. A non-metered machine requires a non-metered cartridge be installed to operate, while a metered machine can accept both a metered or non-metered cartridge to operate.
Make sure the correct cartridge is used for the machine. If you are receiving metered print cartridges but the machine will not accept them, contact your reseller or supplier to ensure that your machine is properly set up as a metered machine, and that the metered PIN has been entered
Make sure you don´t have any stickers on the toner box.
If you sure all paper and stickers are out then reset the nvm values from the device in order to reset the printer information.
The ability to control volume is often lost do to dirt or wear internal to the remote control. If that's the case then I would try a new remote. I universal one will give you the capacity to control volume, on/off and channel change. Try one of those (you need to program it for your individual model) and if that controls the volume you should replace your remote.
Concerning the spontaneous activation of your on screen display is also possibly coming from the remote. Put the remote in cardboard box or anything non translucent and see if that stops the problem. If it does stop it's the remote. If not your set will have to be seen by a professional electronics technician that hopefully is familiar with TV circuitry.
This means that the non-volatile memory on the motherboard (also called "BIOS memory", or simply "BIOS" has got corrupted. This may be because the tiny battery on the motherboard is dead and needs to be replaced (I can't remember offhand if the ML370 has a BIOS backup battery, so that may not be it). In any case, you need to go into the BIOS setup program as the server starts up, correct any errors you find there and then Save Changes. You may find the only option initially is to Reset to Defaults. If so, accept that, save it, then go back into the BIOS setup and customise as necessary.
