Had this for about 4-5 months. It now cant pop popcorn without burning every time. The popcorn wont pop out of the Kettle jamming it up. I use premeasured 6oz packages in whats supposed to be an 8oz popper. I cant get anyone from Nostalgia Electrics to respond via phone or email. I dont know if its not getting hot enough and popping to slowly or what. Can anyone help????
Your motor is stalling. Nostalgia does not support the equipment, there is no solution, or parts anywhere.
