Nostalgia Electrics Junk or What CCP810 59" VintageCollection 8oz Popcorn Machine

Had this for about 4-5 months. It now cant pop popcorn without burning every time. The popcorn wont pop out of the Kettle jamming it up. I use premeasured 6oz packages in whats supposed to be an 8oz popper. I cant get anyone from Nostalgia Electrics to respond via phone or email. I dont know if its not getting hot enough and popping to slowly or what. Can anyone help????

Can I use the Nostalgia Electrics TPM100 Stirring Theater Popcorn Maker without oil?

No, you must use oil to distribute the heat to the kernels. You can use very little oil, 2 tbls to 1/4 cup. but there must be some.

Popping without oil will result in very pour popcorn.

The Nostalgia Electrics OFP501 Old-Fashioned Movie Time Popcorn Maker is a HOT AIR POPCORN MAKER. Oil is not used in this machine.

The popper is only popping 1/4 of the cernals!

There are a few things that you may experiencing issues with on your unit. Please contact Nostalgia Products at 1-920-347-9122 and they can help you figure it out.
