Scan to email doesn't work on Panasonic DP-C322

Incorrect SMTP Server IP Address is
set.
No email application is activated on the
Mail Server

yep!
first you must have smtp server (for sending email)
and pop server (for receiving email) running on your
network.
second, turn-off you dns settings and set all network
parameters as IP Address (host, smtp server, and
pop server ip address)

that's it!

never knew these things had a password to be honest ,try calling the service department of the manufacturer because if its a office version then yes it will have a password to stop unauthorised use of machine out of hours and if you have a secondhand one -?- phone them and ask ,is their a service number on the side of the machine ?'

This model estimates toner usage based on dot count.
You can reset the counter by pressing "function" key, then counter view. Scroll down near the end and you will find toner counter reset. Select "k".

My dp 2330 copier prints dark shades(0.5 thick dark lines) even though the text you want to print is seen in the back ground. pls what should i do or whats the problem? Thank you .
