There might be the issue with the Cartridge As it is nothing printing on the paper. Alternatively you can get the HP Support Support For Hp Printer Call Toll Free 877 690 9305
Try reinstalling printer driver.
The current driver may not be correct for this printer

Reset the setting in the printer to the factory default first

To get confirmation page do this:
1. On the control panel, press Setup ( ).
2. Use the arrow buttons to select Reports, and then press OK.
3. Use the arrow buttons to select Fax Reports, and then press OK.
4. Use the arrow buttons to select Fax Confirmation, and then press OK.
5. Use the arrow buttons to select the option for when you want the fax error reports to be printed.
6. Press OK to save the selection.
To iclude first page with report:
1. On the control panel, press Setup ( ).
2. Use the arrow buttons to select Reports, and then press OK.
3. Use the arrow buttons to select Fax Reports, and then press OK.
4. Use the arrow buttons to select Include 1st page, and then press OK.
5. Use the arrow buttons to select On, and then press OK to confirm the selection.

howevr, i guess u r using licensed and 'updated' antivirus (i prefer avg/kaspersky)..if not donot delay..
try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer driver..
glance in the Device Manager to verify if all the Universal Serial Bus Controllers are working fine and are listed with no conflicts..
try contact ur system admin/vendor....
