Try using a Voltage meter to test the Voltage coming from your batteries. Your batteries should be as close to 12v. your motors are 24v. Even if just one battery is bad this can cause alot of headaches.

I have a shop rider. I drove it to side of house and hosed it off, now it wont move. The lights and horn works and it says its fully charged. I checked the fuses and its in gear and still wont move

If it's a power chair and you got water in the controller. It's toast. Bout 700 bucks. If it's a scooter, the controller is under the floorboard and if it got wet it may be toast too. Water kills these parts,

Hi I have a Jazzy 614 HD. I charge my chair with (new charger) and it turns off when fully charged and my Joy stick reads fully charged (New Joystick and new batteries) but within three to four hour

perhaps since your chair is over 2.5 years old you have underlaying problems such as motorheatup or excessive drag per a locked bearing or a bushingtrhat is out of lube.somebody needs to at everything that moves thathas to do withload carry,or powertrain.

Jazzy 614HD will not move. Lights flash from right to left, then cuts off. Unlock instructions are not effective. Chair is fully charged.

If chair has a tilt, recline or lift seat on it it may be going into lock-out mode on its own due to a limit switch fault. If you don't have any of these options then I suggest you remove the joystick, controller and any wire harness between the two and send them to a shop like mine for repair.
The usual lock out light chase is from left to right - not right to left so this is suspect of a different issue.

Do not know if chair is taking a charge lights just keep moving across armrest .how do u tell when fully charged?

hi let me see if i can help ,

When the lights go back and forth on your joystick that means the chair knows its pluged in .Now the chair itself has a built in charger that is mounted on the back of your chair .The back of the chair ,there is a opening a cutout in the frame .when you plug in your chair there will be a red light and a yellow ,yellow means the chair is charging, wait till it turns green, this means fully charged. When you plug in the chair youll see the lights through that hole.Look for the lights.

I recommend my customers to leave there chair charging over night look at the light it will be green when you turn the chair on the joystick should show fully charge.

Good luck hope i was of some help.

Battery fully charged chair levers engaged to drive position chair still will not move.. Jazzy 600.... Tried unlock/lock tried putting it in neutral back in drive with levers still wont move please...

Has your scooter been sitting idle for several weeks, or has it been connected to the charger 24 hours a days for a long time? If so, the batteries may have become damaged and will give you enough power to turn the controller on but not enough to make the motors run.
If the lights come on and are steady, the manual brake levers are in the drive position and the chair still will not move, I recommend replacing the batteries. If anything else were wrong, either the lights would flash or not come on at all.
I hope this information is helpful to you, good luck!

I have an Aspire 18 04, model K0011. The batterey indicator lights show fully charged but when you turn the chair on all the lights fliker real fast and there is no response or sound being made when you...

Dave did you check to make sure you are not in freewheel. If you can push the chair easily then you are. Even having one side in freewheel will cause the flashes. Move the levers to drive mode that are on the back of the motors then turn the chair on and see if it works Hope this helps Also make sure the charger is still not plugged in.

The lights are flashing and i cant get the chair to move. What should I do?

The flashing lights is a fault code. Count how many lights are flashing, and let us know, then we can tell you what the fault is. Check that both free-wheel levers are in the correct place. Good luck. Neil.

Led lights flash and Pride Go chair won't move.

Firstly disengage the drive levers and then "flick "them in fash.
Second pull out the large plug that is between them.
Check for damaged or bent or loose pins. press it home firmly .
I did this on my wifes chair and she zooms around.
All switched etc should be off during charge.

Lastly i fully discharged then recharged the battery to ensure no "battery charge memory".
To fully dicharge i shoved a small box between back wheels so to lift of ground and then a elastic band to hond controler on.
