Trouble shoot for laserjet hp 4345mfp: media too short, unexpected size, mimatched, cannot send face down output

I have tried to follow instructions from the manual by adjust the trays but could not help.what can be the cause?

Check your settings under the properties menu. and in the software your using.

you can choose mp first in "paper handing" printer menu or print tray1 is A4 default in properties of printer software.

Your tray 1 might be open (even just partially) or your manual feed setting might be on. You can find this setting under > Configure device / Printing / Manual Feed

Working in hp-4345, can't send emails from my printer to my email adress
If your trying to send this through your email provider, most of them do not allow for Open Rely(anonymous sending) if you have the option of supplying credentials on the printer you will probably need to do that.

Downld file now SEND RFU UPGRADE ON USB DEV PORT
install printer Driver
change print port to "Virtual printer port for usb"
use usb line
down load the right firmware .rfu file
in CMD mode,type:
copy /b firmwarefilename.rfu \\pc name\printer name
waitting
it will be down

HP Laserjet 4345MFP Backlight on printer display does not light. Counts up the 256MB memory then HP logo (3 sizes) appears (just visible) The 3 lights keep cycling on the display. Thats it, does nothing...

Backlight on printer display does not light.
Counts up the 256MB memory then HP logo (3 sizes) appears (just visible)
The 3 lights keep cycling on the display. Thats it, does nothing else.
It has been left overnight and continues to display the logo and cycling 3 lights.
Rear DC Cont Fan is turning. No other fans or activity with machine.
When ADF/scanner/mfp or hard disk are disconnected it does recognise this and throws an error and asks for reboot.
I have tried cold reset, nvram init. and hard disk init. but no difference.
Your thoughts?

HP LaserJet 4345mfp won't scan, but it wil fax. Error code "49.FF09 Service Error" keeps coming up
Ensure that you have the error message correctly written down, then go to the HP Web Site and ask them about this error, specifically in conjunction with that specific printer or all-in-one device. HP can help you find out why you are having problems.

Image move toward 3/4 of page down ..... no idea what happens
hi,

unexpected page size is normlay caused by the client PC being set to either A4 or letter when it was expecting somthing else.

try and change your client to the correct paper size.

Pale print on PDF files
It sounds like a driver problem. Try replacing the driver for this printer on the printers folder, using the HP LaserJet Series II. With this driver, try again the PDF file and see if it prints correctly.
