Make sure water source is active, connected to fridge, and cut on. Turn ice maker on. If freezer is at correct temperature, it should begin making ice. If it still doesn’t make ice, either water valve or ice maker is bad.

take the cap off the front of ice maher. turn the gears manualy in either direction about 1 turn put cap back. if that doesn`t work replace ice maker. MAKE SURE tube goes backon top of ice tray.

The ice sensor may not be working. You can replace it if you are
comfortable working on this type of equipment. It plugs into the circuit board. The sensor can be found on the web but you can't get it from the distributor of the unit.

Hi, you need to provide more details. Does the icemaker power on when its put on and doesnt make ice or it doesnt power on at all? More info is needed pls

remove im and look into fill tube,if there is ice in fill tube,defrost with hair dryer and replace selinoid valve at bottom back side of unit.if not frozen replace im

What is the model number of the unit?

There should be a plastice hinge cover on the left top hinge on freezer door. Take it off and press the plug together firmly. Try that and let me know, Sea Breeze

this may be a bad heater in bottom of ice maker . if so replace the ice mker .. but do ck the tempts ..freezer must be 15 de or lower for ice maker to work properly .. hope this helps mm .. feed back pls ..

The heating element is not working to heat the base and free the ice from the tray. At this point it's probably better to just replace the ice maker. They are about 60-70$
