first try the default pass word of user name:Admin pass:Admin or Admin00

are you asking for the password the default passwords are either Admin or admin00 that is for the web page on the machine its usally Admin or the speed of the mACHINE PLUSE TWO zeros

Change the admin password on it. Or if not feasible, then put a sticky label over the button.

Admin is the username and the password to get in to the control panel menu to change the time and other settings

try Admin on both username and password ( A caps).
Also try 3000 on both or 6000 on both. try to select the system menu button and type the username and password there.

Try entering the IP address in the web browser and configure there. The firmware will have to flashed if this doesn't work.

Kyocera is pretty picky about resets. You might have to phone them.

The factory default password should be 4000. If thast doesn't work you will have to reset or display the admin password in service mode.

To enter service mode hit the ststus button and then type 10871087. Scroll through the menu with the * and # keys. If you make changes in service mode and do not know what you are doing you can cause the copier to permanently fail.

The master user name is 1118 and password 1118 also. this should give you access to the menus and allow you to do whatever changes you feel like.
