If you disconnect the printer from the computer and your printer stops trying to feed paper when you turn it back on, then this solution likely won't help you.

Disconnect the printer from the computer.
- Disconnect the power supply.
- Turn the printer back on.
- If the printer tries to load paper and jams again, your printer is trying to recover from a paper jam, so try this video. I'm betting if you follow the instructions in this video, you'll resolve a jam in the printer and solve your problem.
Check on the Printing status if there are pending files for printing. The printer will always tries to print those files if detected. If no pending files, turn off the printer and disconnect the printer from the pc. Turn it on again and check if printer tries to load a paper. If it does, possible the printer could be faulty. Check it with HP and they may need to replace it already.
