HP Photosmart 7525 SCAN instructions

The best way to scan documents from the scanner to your computer is to use HP Photosmart Essential. If you don`t already have it installed it can be downloaded from the HP site. Once in the program it is very simple to follow. It is basically a point and click operation.

Have you tried to reinstall the drivers try that it should solve your problems

I had the same problem and this is what I did to fix it.

Go to control panel
choose printers
look to left and find scanners and cameras
click scanner
a pop up should direct you to scanning options and will lead your scanner to scan the item

scanning through bluetooth is not possible bluetooth module only pairs the computer and printer and has link only to the basic driver of the computer so you can only print from it
if you want to scan you should connect te usb cable or use a wireless upgrade kit

Hi Miriam,

Press the Setup button on printer screen,Scroll till you find Tools. Press OK - Look for Clean Printhead/cartridges and Press OK

This should fix the issue
