My dvd is lock, I can't open the tray - Sony DVP-SR200P DVD Player

On the bottom of the DVD player is a little slot where you can use a small screwdriver and unlock the cd tray.

Dear friend,
Press and hold stop+play button on the front panel of the dvd player more than 15 sec the player will be resetting

Press Setup then the numbers 2 0 0 5 then setup and it should unlock
or
Display 2 0 0 5 Display

with the unit off press and hold the stop button and the eject button.

unplug the power to reset it.

try this steps I think it will solve your problem.

Push and hold down the Open/Close button until "UN-LOC" appears on the FL display (or "Disc Tray Unlocked" appears on the TV screen).

This sounds like the child lock has been inadvertently activated . Look through the manual to find the key combination to unlock it.

Press and Hold EJECT Button, While UNLOCK Is Displayed :-)

To unlock, manually press and HOLD the open/close button & the stop button simultaneously, and HOLD them both down until the lock picture disappears.   The DVD will eject when you press the open/close button. 

 

To lock the DVD inside the machine, repeat the same step, and it will lock it inside.
