Emtawali,
Remove the battery, reinsert it and try to start.
remove the SIM and try to start.
If all fail then take it to the LG service center and get the firmware re-installed. Do not try it yourself as when they do it, complete firmware is re-nstalled and when you do it only the necessary files are written.
call your service company (i.e. sprint tmobile, altell.) they can provide you with a code or they might be able to get you a whole new phone... tmobile has done both for me….
Please rate my solution I need feedback J thanks
it is not actually a problem unlike in nokia d lg handsets will show dat option unavailable wen connected 2 comp. coz d memory card is still accessed by d machine.
You can purchase SIM card of another company from that very country and can make calls there. The phone manufactured by LG is universal receptor and transmitter of calls anywhere in the world. Or u can go for the substitute handset like Motorola,Nokia, Samsung or else. Good Luck
Take it to the repair shop. My son's KF510 did the same. I await the results of the autopsy!
It started to play up almost straight away when he bought it a month ago. Last night it failed to go past KF510 logo then goes to a low level purple screen. Removing the battery seemed to fix it prior but not now!
