Missing 2 Temperature control knobs for both my Bravetti roaster oven Model KR220B Where? Can these be purchased

Hello, Debi -

I have not yet found replacement knobs specifically for your Bravetti roaster model. Bravetti was made by Euro-Pro, but it seems no products with the Bravetti trademark have been manufactured since around 2010.

I did find some appliance replacement knobs, which MAY or MAY NOT work for your roasters. See:
(TinyURL link) https://tinyurl.com/y8av5hpy

Read the description of the knobs and what they may fit. Scroll down that page to find a list of stores / websites selling the knobs.

Best wishes.

Our roaster is not making any heat. It's a programmable 20 quart Rival roaster. We don't have the manual to know if we're doing something wrong

1. Place the REMOVABLE ROASTING PAN into the ROASTER OVEN BODY.
2. Make sure that the TEMPERATURE CONTROL is in the OFF position, then plug cord into a 120 volt AC outlet.
3. Turn the roaster on by turning the TEMPERATURE CONTROL to the desired temperature.
4.Preheat for 15 to 20 minutes. (INDICATOR LIGHT will shut off when temperature is reached)
5. Place ROASTING RACK into the REMOVABLE ROASTING PAN, put food on the RACK, and place the LID on the roaster oven.
NOTE: Some foods or recipes do not require the ROASTING RACK to be used.
6. When finished, turn the TEMPERATURE CONTROL to the OFF position and unplug roaster oven from outlet.
7. Remove
if it plugged and plugged to roaster and it still does not work move a known working plug. still does not work, there is no repair.

I need to find a on/off temperature knob for a Rival 22 quart roaster oven

Suggest checking with retailer where you purchased oven from.
If this fails to help then try contacting Jardon Consumer products to find out where nearest spare parts retailer is.
http://www.jardencs.com/about-us/office-locations/about-us-location.html
They are the actually company that owns the rival product name.
