Well you see, the way that the telus internet connection works is by using something called a MAC address for access to the internet. That page that you are getting is the login page for your internet configuration, you need to login to that page with your telus ID it should start with something like A5A and password. Then click on "Manual Registration and Administration of PC's and Devices" if both fields are filled in delete one of them. On the bottom of your router there is a sticker with your serial number, right below that it should say "MAC ID:" enter what follow that into the field on the telus site. and you should not have any more problems after that.

The trial pack should work without a product key for a given period (usually 30 days). I think it's asking you to provide a key to indicate you purchased it.
It should work without you providing that key.
