Most manufacturers have all that information on their websites. Try visiting Bissell's website and in the search bar, type in "motor wiring diagram".

How can I access the wiring behind the plastic that connects to the motorized head?

If your model is a DC07 as stated there is not a separate motor that runs the brushroll. The brushroll spins from a belt that comes from the main motor or goes through a clutch assembly with two belts. If it is a ball model and the wires have severed you will need to replace the wire or wires with the proper replacement parts for it to work properly. I would need your model number to determine the proper wat to fix it.

I need a good wiring diagram for my Oreck xl vac

Chuck,
I do not have a diagram for you but I can tell you how they normally are hooked up. When you have the motor sitting in it's normal position the black wire from the power cord will attach to the terminal closest to where the cord comes in. There should also be a black dot next to the terminal. The two white wires will connect together and they will go on a terminal on the other side of the motor that also has a black dot next to it. The remaining black wire should connect to a terminal next to the white wires or at least on the same side of the motor as the white wires. Hope this helps you.

Greetings from GoVcauum.com,

Ok, so good news, I have looked up your model number for your Kenmore vacuum and found that your Kenhmore canister takes the motor AC92FAUX2000.

You may buy this part from the link to GoVacuum.com above. I have personally gone back and checked this motor, and it does have 4 wires that come off the motor itself.

I also verified this by pulling up your parts diagram for your model, and it did call this part number as well.

We offer the best return policy in the industry. We give you 60 days to return any product purchased from GoVacuum. We will even include a return label with every order, and if for any reason the motor doesn't fit, send it back with the free return label, and we give you a full 100 Refund, no restocking fees.

Please feel free to call me or email me if you have any further questions.
