if the hose tail( that bit the the hose goes on) is intact , then new silicon rubber hose can be got from any auto spares shop ( around $4.00 / meter)
if the tail/s have broken off , the best fix is a new part
IT will be difficult to get a parts break down of what you want so I suggest two things . Go to a wreckers and look at a door lock the same as yours or go to the dealer spares and have a look at their break down to see what would have broken. Most spares people are willing to help correctly identify the parts for you.
Id have a look on ebay with you model specs for all sorts of spare parts even broken complete pcs,some pcs have good spare part availability but others are difficult to find--good luck!
