I think that the screen has stopped working and the screen does not work anymore to allow it to be touched and work.I have the same problem on my I pad and the screen needed to be replaced and it worked again. You could buy another one or have it be fixed.

Means the USB stick has no more available space. Use another one.

It really does sound as though the screen has failed.

If the phone is still under warranty I'd suggest you make a claim.

You could try updating the phone firmware. If it is already up to date, try to re install the same firmware and see whether the problem gets fixed.

If not ; you may need to replace the touch screen/digitizer of your phone with a working one

If there is physical damage to the touchscreen, then it can become unresponsive and will need to be replaced. The touchscreen is bonded to the glass (they are one piece), so both the touchscreen & glass will need to be replaced, even though the glass may not be cracked.
