SOURCE: wiring diagram for sc234ala mobility scooter

Hi. Do you need a basic wiring diagramme for the lights, motors etc. or do you need one for the controller? What faults do you have?
Fisher and Paykel sold their mobility scooter business to Plega Healthcare in Australia. Plega now no longer suport the mobility scooters.
We have some parts left in stock, and were an authorised service agent for these machines.
No one was ever supplied with a circuit diagramme for the controllers.
We do have all the service manuals here and have a full set of the fault codes.
You can email us at [email protected]
Good luck. Neil.

SOURCE: I have an electric mobility

Barb the flashes indicate a brake problem. Make sure that you aren't in freewheel. Move the freewheel lever located at the rear of your scooter up and down a few times then put it in drive mode and turn the scooter on and see if you still get 5 flashes If so you will have to replace the brake assembly Hope this helps

SOURCE: pride vicyory viper mobility scooter. no power no

about the only thing I can suggest is to make sure you have power out of the batteries going to the system. If you have a charger port located on the tiller take a digital volt meter and set it to 200 vdc and plug the leads into the two outter holes of the charger port with a full charge you should read 25-27 volts. If you don't have a reading at the port then there is a problem with the power getting to the tiller. It could be a bad cable Pride is notorious for developing problems in the cable going to the tiller. I would suggest you find a repair service to check the scooter for you. Maybe your provider (where you got the scooter) has a tech that can check it for you. I'm sorry I can't give you a definite answer but there are so many things that can affect a scooter: bad throttle, bad speed pot , bad cable, bad connections, bad batteries that its difficult to give you one answer that will fix your probelm Hope this helps you

Staus light flashes 3 times then pauses then 1 more changed pot, motor, and brake changed also lights and horn work the motor and brake are fine being checked

Youre 3 lights flashing unplug charger & turn key of and back on.., Hi the correct pot for you're scooter is a 25kohm resistance =25,000 ohm's..in regards to brake assembly try ringing monster scooter parts 800-798-0325 to c if u have the correct brake assembly cheers i do u know the make & model of scooter :: resistance on the potentiometer sounds a bit wrong most range between 25 K ohm to ,100 K ohm resistance. A 100 K ohm = 100-000 ohm's..a pride wrangler uses a 250 K ohm pot . Cheers

Rascal Candy Apple. Why did it stop moving while I was driving it?

On the rascal, if your driving along and it suddenly stops, the throttle lever could be bad or the speed control could be bad or both. A battery lead maybe loose. The tiller cable may have slid back causing line interruption.
The flashing 4 indicates current timeout, the scooter may have been going up a steep hill, over heating the motor, turn off and allow motor to cool. then try again. if this happens on flat ground then check the parking brake, it maybe hanging up causing the motor to over work. Other trouble-shooting information for rascal, scooters on my free app.

Getting an error code of flashing 9 times then pause then flashing

Pride Mobility Products Corp Product Owners Manuals Specification Sheets Click on "Celebrity X"

9-flash usually indicates a blown controller. The larger pride scooters are known for blowing controllers and having melt-downs when they are pushed or towed too fast. EVEN WITH THE KEY OFF the controller still monitors the safety systems. If the system detects a "roll-away" situation, the controllers turn on and go into dynamic braking mode in attempt to slow or stop the scooter. If the scooter is being towed or pushed and this happens, the scooter tries to stop the motion, overheats and burns up. Catastrophic failure and 9-flashes will result.

Green light flashing 9 times

sounds like you are sitting on some of the wiring or connectors, take it apart like you did to fit batteries and check there are no wires shorting out or connector is being squashed, check as you put it back together, you should sort it that way. the error code should be:

9 BARS: The parking brakes have a bad connection or have a failed solenoid, or any lever or switches that disconnect drive for pushing the chair manually may be pulled or switched.

so check these wires and connectors closely first.
but please note that with out the make and model the error code is the most lightly posability.

Scooter just stopped moving .new battery. tryed reset button

Did you replace both batteries at the same time? has the scooter been sitting idle for a while? Are the lights on the controller flashing or steady? If no lights come on at all, you may have blown a fuse. If the lights are flashing, this link may help you to diagnose what the problem may be related to: http://www.pgdt.com/scenter/diagnostics/diagvsi.html
Locate the page that has the controller used on your power chair/scooter and count how many lights are flashing to diagnose the trouble. If your insurance purchased the power chair for you, they may also cover the repairs; contact them for information.
Good luck!

Old BEC Stirling 4. just stopped!

There will definitely be a fuse or thermal cut-out (or two) for the batteries, but those must be OK. Double check wiring to the motor? Was motor or controller very hot?
