Hi. Do you need a basic wiring diagramme for the lights, motors etc. or do you need one for the controller? What faults do you have?
Fisher and Paykel sold their mobility scooter business to Plega Healthcare in Australia. Plega now no longer suport the mobility scooters.
We have some parts left in stock, and were an authorised service agent for these machines.
No one was ever supplied with a circuit diagramme for the controllers.
We do have all the service manuals here and have a full set of the fault codes.
You can email us at [email protected]
Good luck. Neil.

Barb the flashes indicate a brake problem. Make sure that you aren't in freewheel. Move the freewheel lever located at the rear of your scooter up and down a few times then put it in drive mode and turn the scooter on and see if you still get 5 flashes If so you will have to replace the brake assembly Hope this helps
SOURCE: pride vicyory viper mobility scooter. no power no
about the only thing I can suggest is to make sure you have power out of the batteries going to the system. If you have a charger port located on the tiller take a digital volt meter and set it to 200 vdc and plug the leads into the two outter holes of the charger port with a full charge you should read 25-27 volts. If you don't have a reading at the port then there is a problem with the power getting to the tiller. It could be a bad cable Pride is notorious for developing problems in the cable going to the tiller. I would suggest you find a repair service to check the scooter for you. Maybe your provider (where you got the scooter) has a tech that can check it for you. I'm sorry I can't give you a definite answer but there are so many things that can affect a scooter: bad throttle, bad speed pot , bad cable, bad connections, bad batteries that its difficult to give you one answer that will fix your probelm Hope this helps you
