First, I want to encourage you that heels are not the best for you. I see the people 20 years after wearing high heels. their feet are gnarled and they get to have the ugly orthopedic extra depth shoes. There are PROPERLY designed high heels that are comfortable. These may not be one of those!
if you wear them a short time at special events every so often, that is a different picture! there are ball cushions available that can help relieve some pressure.

The heel can be replaced at a shoe repair shop. The golf course can tell you where they can be fixed. Not all have the parts needed to fix these.
