Right headlight not working - MTX Dodge Ram Quad Cab 2002-2003 Thunderform, Loaded with Dual 10 Inch Subs and Amplified, Charcoal Car Speaker

What do you mean by saying the left side of your (singular) headlight is not working? Is the right side of that SAME headlight working? Do your headlights have dual or twin filaments in each one? Or do you mean that the left entire headlight is not working, but the right side headlight is working okay? Please clarify your opening statement.

On these cars the headlights get power from a right and left fuse and the headlight / dimmer switches provide the ground circuit. Both headlights are connected to one ground wire for high and one for low beam. So if one works and the other does not, the problem should be in the wiring before the headlight switch. Red is for high beam and red-white is for low beam. You should be able to jumper the red-white wire on the right headlight and make the low beam circuit for both sides work to test it.

Check the bulb socket to make sure it's making good contact. Even add some dielectric grease to possibly help. Most sockets will melt and not be able to see it till you remove the bulb.

Remove headlight and check electrical connection socket for corrosion on connecting pins.

The fast flashing is an indication that you have inoperable flasher bulb somewhere. Is the headlight missing or damaged?

check all the light first .tell me the problem you have , and Did the problem come on suddenly or was some previous action or work done...and tell me the headlight (low) and (high) working (OK) .signal light working or not what you mean right side headlight . what is not working .

It sound like you have a grounding problem, does the headlight on the left seem dimmer than the right? Check the ground wires and the light sockets for corrosion.

You have a short in your electrical system or bad ECM.
