Mtu settings i never had any problems getting on xbox live UNTIL they done some maintanence the other night, now i cant get on it, says my mtu is too low, i canot find any options to change it on the belkin home page, can anyone help

Two things needs to be cleared:

1) Which connection did you talking about LAN/WAN?

2) Xbox live may not be up yet, can you verify it?

Most home gateway routers can only change WAM MTU for certain connection type (PPPOE), and cannot set MTU for LAN and other WAN connection.

To change MTU for PPPOE, going to WAN connection setting, and you will see the MTU options box. But do not change it unless your ISP told you to do so.
So make sure Xbox live is online -- I am no Xbox fun so I have no idea how it works, but just guess from your message.

I have a Belkin N+ wireless Modem-Router. I'm trying to get onto Xbox live, I keep getting an MTU error, I have checked the setting and it is already higher than required. Is there a specific setting just for the Xbox?? Any help would be appreciated I've done pretty much all I can apart from chucking it out the window. Thanks
