When was the last time your machine had a 250,000 Preventive Maintenance kit installed. Very 250K copies/print the Developer and certain parts need replacement, the drum at 500K. The code your machine has is telling you that either the drum is bad a sensor/sensor board is bad, or the drum is old and needs replacement. Also possible the sensor needs to be cleaned. Have to remove the drum cart then the drum to get to it. Recommend a tech do it.
