Netflix is quite helpful and I would try contacting them to see what they say. You must have high speed and if there is a variance, it won't work. (866)579-7133 is their number. You can at least rule out a problem on their end. You can contact them via internet also.

Just follow these steps to fix out this kind of issue:
1.Unplug your device from power for at least 1 minute.
2.While the device is unplugged, press the power button on the device to discharge it.
3.Plug your device back in.
4.Turn your device on with the power button.
