To repair Internet Explorer:
Choose Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Choose the
browser from the list of programs, click Change/Remove, and choose the
Repair option. Restart after repairing the browser, and follow steps in
Try this first: How to fix almost all Flash Player issues
to reinstall Flash Player again. If Internet Explorer does not appear
on the Add/Remove list, Repair is not an option, and you should move on
to the next step.
Other browsers: Follow the
steps above to see if your browser has a Repair option; if it does,
repair it. If your browser (such as Netscape) does not have a Repair
option, you must reinstall the browser in order to repair it. Try Steps
4 through 7 first before moving on to Step 8 to reinstall the browser.
To
view your Security level, from within Internet Explorer, choose Tools
> Internet Options, and in the Security tab, choose Internet.
Though
your browser security settings should be chosen by you or your system
administrator, the Medium: Default Level will allow you to view Flash
content. For any Custom Level, ensure that both "Download Signed
ActiveX controls" and "Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins" are not
disabled. (Enable or Prompt will work).

Mahjong is probably an XP game. Right click on the game icon. the click on properties. when the window opens, you will see the tab labeled "Compatability". Click on that tab, then check mark the box that says "Run this in compatibility mode", then in the drop down box select Win XP. Click apply then OK.
Then play the game, it should work fine.
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
Thanks, Joe

You need to uninstall Java and Adobe Flash Component from PC.
First, it is better to run in "Safe mode with Networking"; by pressing F8 key during Bootup.
After then, Uninstall Java, Then uninstall Adobe Flash component from the control Panel, then reboot PC.
Let me know after this if you are able to download and install the latest version of Java and Flash plugin from the link given:
Java Plugin
Flash Player .
And then reboot PC.
Let me know the status after it.

Do you have Vista 64-bit? You don't say in your post.
If so, and you want to use Flash Player, you'll have to use the Internet Explorer 32-bit version, as opposed to the IE 64-bit. At present, Adobe Flash Player doesn't have a 64-bit version (or so says the Adobe website.) Just type in "Internet Explorer" in the Search box of the Start Menu, and you'll notice two versions. Use the one that doesn't say 64-bit.
If you're using Vista 32-bit, just ignore this post.
