Enter 3 wrong passwords and you will get a Disable message along with a 5, 8 or 10 digit error code.  With this code visit http://www.unlockbiosrecovery.com/ and for $20 they will supply you with a bios master password that will clear any bios password that is set.  They guarantee the master password to work or your money back. Changing the security code
Of course, if any potential phone thieves are reading this, they'll now know the default security code is 12345.

To change the security code, go to Menu > Settings > Security > Access codes > Change security code. When prompted, enter your current security code and click OK. The enter your new security code (a PIN between 5 and 10 digits in length), click OK and enter the new code again to verify it. Click OK and you'll see the message 'Security code changed

Unplug the machine and take the battery out on the motherboard it will reset the password. Put the battery back in and plug back in the computer and the password should be gone.

Enter the master security code in the place where security code is needed.If you use master security code in change access code it will ask for a new password and enter new password as you needed.

I can't find my security code, and I need to change my password because I think I am being pfished.

there are two methods to reset the security code... firstly give me the IMEI number of you handset and i will give you the master code to reset the security password..its free
or the other one will be chargeable.. you will update your phone software all security password will reset and default password will set "12345" for nokia 3110c... its chargeable
