I have 395 crosswalk and i was walking and it just shut off

You must use the Key for started. Or you can use any magnet like the use in the Refrigerator for to put some Paper or similar as Remember you.

If it's happening as soon as you press start then you need a controller and a walking belt. If it's doing it after a few minutes of use then you need to replace your walking belt.

PROFORM SUPPORT

You have not properly aligned and / or adjusted the tension. If it is SLIDING then you do not have enough Rear Tension. Once you get the right amount of REAR TENSION, then you have to adjust the left right (balance the belt). Your belt should go straight, right now you have it too far to the FRAYED SIDE. Turn the Machine on, have your Hex Wrench in the Bolt and turn it slowly CW and as the belt come back to Center, watch the adjustment. If it continues to go past, then loosen it a little until you have the right balance. Remember REAR TENSION FIRST... THEN BALANCE for Alignment

test the main board, with the output voltage from board for input voltage motor. If there are NOT voltage the board is faulty.replace see the block diagram, how the main boad control about 80% of the machine motion.

Here is a place to buy a new walking belt for the Crosswalk 500 treadmill. Unfortunately they are not too cheap but compared to the price of buying a new treadmill they are not too bad. I also recommend tacking on the Silk Stick lube kit which through regular maintenance can help lengthen the life of your treadbelt to reduce the chance that you will need to replace the belt again in the near future.
