there is pressure adjustment, just temp. water pressure in + water pressure out

You will burn up elements if there is no water in the tank when you power it up. There is a temperature adjustment on both thermostats. Most water heaters have 2 elements and 2 thermostats. The temp adjustment is a small white round thing usually, and behind the metal covers on the side.

Gas temp adjustment is on gas calve, make small adjustments 125 degrees is max allowed by plumbing code.
Electric is a little different .There may be two themostats one lower element and one upper element. Be sure to turn off power.

Start by turning breaker off to water heater,then remove both hi & lo panels there you will see tstats, with a screwdriver adjust to desired temp. 2 tstats 1for each heating element

I am not sure what you are asking, But i am going to assume that you want to know about changing the Temp on the heater for inside the house.
If the floor heat was installed properly than it should have a temperture manifold or adjustable thermostat for seperate heating.
You need to find the thermostat or manifold for the garage heat and set it at what ever temp you want the garage to stay at.
Then you can change the A B C knob to a higher setting A is cold B is warm ac is hot. So Increase your temp setting on the heater and this will increase your house water temp for hotter showers and faucet temps. However, they recommend not setting the temp above 120 degrees to prevent severe burns.
If you have a newer home increasing the Hot water heater temp setting may not change the temp at the shower or faucets if you have scald guard faucets installed in the house. This will require adjusting the scald guard valves on each faucet.
I recommend using a candy thermometer or digital thermometer to check the faucet and shower Temp prior to using them and make sure that you inform everyone in the house after you change the temp so that no one gets scalded.

have you reset boiler and gone through start up procedures.if so it sounds like an ignition problem? you need to explain what happened before you adjusted the water temp and why?

take the cover off the 10 h unit light up the burner by turning on the tap turn the water flow tap on the front of unit (white knob) clock wise slowly feel hot water pipe coming out off unit when temp increases put cover back on check temp at sink if too hot turn knob anti clock wise

you don't adjust hot water temp from the taps...

you can only adjust from the water heater.

Yes the temp can be adjusted, the dial is behind the cover. Turn off power before removing cover.
